NexTier Bank recently helped pave the way to help the Allegheny County Children’s Court establish new public/private partnerships. NexTier Bank underwrote a November 3 fundraising Gala that also kicked off Children’s Court’s recognition of National Adoption Month in November 2007. The Gala raised $25,000 for Child Watch of Pittsburgh, critical funds that will help purchase videoconferencing equipment that soften the emotional upheaval that children experience in courtroom situations.
