Here are a few tips to help you successfully log into your new NexTier Bank account using a Laptop or Desktop Computer:

 

  1. After opening your new NexTier Bank account, you will need to enroll in online banking. To enroll, click on the LOGIN button on the top right of the website. Follow the prompts to set up a username and password.
  2. Once your username and password are set up, make sure you are on the Online Banking tab of the LOGIN button and input your username and password to log in.
  3. You will be greeted by the home screen where you will see all of your accounts and balances. Your accounts are in real time.

  1. After opening your new NexTier Bank account, you will need to download the NexTier Bank Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Once downloaded, click on the Enroll now feature under Save ID. Follow the prompts to set up a username and password.
  3. Once your username and password are set up, open your Mobile App and input your username and password to log in.
  4. You will be greeted by the home screen where you will see all of your accounts and balances. Your accounts are in real time.
  5. Take time to explore each tab and how online banking can help you meet your financial needs. In order to sign into CardBoss, you will need the last four digits of your Social Security Number. This serves as a two-factor authentication method to help safeguard your funds.
  6. DON’T FORGET to log out of online banking each time to prevent unauthorized access and potential fraud.
