Imposter Fraud Alert
Fraudsters are impersonating NexTier Bank employees (including our Fraud Department) by phone, text, or email to try to gain access to your account. In some cases, they are texting fraudulent links to your cell phone requesting verification of items.
NexTier Bank will never call you unsolicited and ask you to provide:
Online Banking usernames or passwords
One-time passcodes (OTPs) or security verification codes
Debit card PINs
Full account numbers
Any other confidential login credentials
Ask you to log into Cash Manager while on a call with us
If you receive a call, text, or email requesting this DO NOT respond or provide any details, even if it appears to come from a legitimate NexTier Bank phone number. Hang up and contact your Treasury Management representative or our Customer Care Center at 1.800.262.1088 immediately.
