Business Customer Fraud Alert: Bank Imposter
NexTier Bank has received reports of fraudsters contacting businesses and falsely claiming to represent the bank in an attempt to obtain sensitive account information, online banking credentials, and other confidential data.
Please remember that NexTier Bank will never contact you and ask for your passwords, login credentials, security codes, or multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes.
If you receive a suspicious call, email, or text message claiming to be from NexTier Bank, do not provide any information. Instead, contact your Banker directly or call our Customer Care Center at 800.262.1088 to verify the request.
