Riverside Bank of Dublin has served its customers and community for the past 5 years and NexTier Bank pledges to continue that tradition. Our Operational Merger Guide will be shared in mid-October and is designed to provide answers to all your conversion questions, highlight important dates when changes will take effect, and walk you through a brief introduction to all we have to offer you.

Important Merger Information
Riverside Bank of Dublin is now a division of NexTier Bank, N.A. The legal merger occurred on September 1, 2026. Riverside customers will continue to bank the way they always have until our operational merger, expected to occur the weekend of November 13, 2026. In mid-October, NexTier Bank will mail an Operational Merger Guide to Riverside customers. This guide will walk you through all of the merger-transition questions and includes date-specific events that will occur as your accounts are transitioned into NexTier’s operating environment.

Will Riverside Bank of Dublin be changing its name?
Yes. The name and logo of Riverside Bank of Dublin will be changing. For now, Riverside will operate as it always has as a division of NexTier Bank, N.A.. After November 16, once the operational merger is complete, we will operate as NexTier Bank.
What phone number should I call regarding my Riverside Bank of Dublin accounts?
Until the operational merger, expected the weekend of November 13, 2026, please continue to contact us at 614.482.1300 for all of your banking needs.
What changes should I expect with my Riverside Bank of Dublin accounts?
Your accounts will remain unchanged and you may continue to use them as usual. You can bank in person at the following locations:
Frantz Road Office

Monday to Friday: 9 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday: By Appointment Only
Bridge Park Office
4545 Bridge Park Ave, Dublin, OH 43017
Monday to Friday: 9 am to 4:30 pm

Can I keep my current account numbers?
Yes. There will be no change to account numbers.
Will my Riverside Bank of Dublin debit and credit cards still work?
Yes, your debit card will continue to work with the same access you are familiar with until the operational merger the weekend of November 13. Additional banking information will be sent to you in the Operational Merger Guide in mid-October.
Can I continue using my current Riverside Bank of Dublin checks?
Yes. Please continue to use all existing stock of checks. After the operational merger and existing check supply is depleted, your new order should include the NexTier Bank name and routing number.
Do I need to change my direct deposit or direct debit information?
No. Your direct deposits do not need to be changed or updated at this time. Additional banking information will be sent to you in the Operational Merger Guide in mid-October.
Do I need to update or change my Automatic Payments?
No, you do not need to make any changes to your automatic payments. Additional banking information will be sent to you in the Operational Merger Guide in mid-October.
What will happen to my CD rate and term?
Your accounts will keep existing terms & conditions.
What will happen to my loan rate & term?
Your accounts will keep existing terms & conditions.
Can I use a NexTier Bank branch?
No. You cannot bank at NexTier Bank locations until after the operational merger is complete on November 16. Continue to bank in person at the Frantz Road and Bridge Park offices.
Will the FDIC continue to insure my bank account post-merger?
Yes. All NexTier Bank accounts will continue to be insured by the FDIC. For more information visit: fdic.gov/deposit/
