Tax Documents Now Available Online
Personal Customers enrolled in Online Banking can immediately access Tax Statements securely and conveniently.
How Can I Access My Tax Statements?
Log into Online Banking with your user credentials. Navigate to Accounts > Documents tab within your profile.
Please Note: Tax documents are available when logged into the tax-reporting owner for the specific account.
As long as you are the tax-reporting owner, you should be able to select and view the appropriate forms, including:
- 1099-INT
- 1099-R
- 5498
- 1098
Select and download your form and use to file your taxes.

NexTier Bank has received reports of Fraudsters impersonating NexTier Bank employees targeting businesses and consumers asking for personal information including debit card and account numbers and log in and password information. We may occasionally contact you to verify activity or follow up on a request, however we will NEVER ask you to provide sensitive information during an unsolicited call. In addition, NexTier Bank will NEVER text you if we suspect your account has been compromised. We will send a text message if a purchase is suspected as Fraudulent. That text message will NOT include any links. NEVER click on a link in an unsolicited text message.
