The legal merger between the two banks is expected to occur February 16th. Mars customers will be able to access NexTier Products, Services, & Locations on February 20, 2024.

Week of February 5th

• Your new NexTier Visa^® Debit Card will arrive in a plain envelope. Call 1.844.373.1730 to activate your card upon arrival. After 5:30 pm on Friday, February 16th you can use your new debit card.

Friday, February 16th

• Check your Welcome Guide for weekend debit card limits.
• Prepare for weekend cash. Visit your Mars Bank ATM before they are unavailable starting at 3 pm and will be offline through the weekend.
• UPDATE: Mars Bank Zelle^® Users will be unenrolled. To continue using Zelle^®, please re-enroll after Tuesday, February 20th in the NexTier Online Banking Portal. Click here to learn more about Zelle and how to enroll.

Saturday, February 17th

• All Mars locations will be closed as we make the transition to NexTier Bank. Click to view our locations listings for weekend branch hours and ATMs.
• UPDATE: Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable through the weekend as we transition Mars accounts to the NexTier system. Accounts should be fully accessible on Tuesday, February 20th.

Monday, February 19th

• All locations are CLOSED in observance of Presidents’ Day.
• Your Mars Bank Debit Card can be used until 4 pm. Then switch to your new NexTier Bank Debit Card.

Tuesday, February 20th

• Check your Welcome Guide for normal debit card limits.
• Mars ATM machines will be available by Noon. We appreciate your patience as we bring them back online.
• Mars Bank is now part of the NexTier family. Visit any location, and log in to your online or mobile banking.
• Download the NexTier Mobile or NexTier Business Mobile App today.
• UPDATE: Re-enroll to continue using Zelle^®. Click here to learn how to enroll.
