Fraud Alert! Spoofed Phone Number
NexTier Bank has received reports of Fraudsters spoofing our phone number (844.639.8437) and attempting to trick customers into providing their full social security and account number information. If you receive a call or text from NexTier asking for this information, please hang up and do not text back. We never call or text asking for any information including account numbers, social security numbers, user IDs, or other personally identifiable information. If you receive a call or text from NexTier Bank asking for this information, please report the incident to our Customer Care Center at 1.800.262.1088.
