If you receive a call from NexTier Bank with a caller claiming to be from our Fraud Team, do not provide any personal or account information; instead, verify the transaction they are contacting you about. Our Fraud Team will never ask for personal account information. In addition, we will never ask for your entire social security number, user ID, debit card PIN, or other personally identifiable information.
